Any GoPro Product(s) sent without a RMA number will be returned to sender and a 10% repackaging/restocking fee may be assessed. A return authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from GoPro before the return of product.
Any return authorization requests must be made within 30 days after the product was returned to Distributor by end customer.
When submitting a Return Authorization Request form, please email copying your inside sales representative for reference.
GoPro Products are guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects for one (1) year from the original date of purchase from GoPro. GoPro Authorized Reseller Warranty & Return Policy
